Ferris-Grand Rapids has a strong commitment to continued partnership with Grand Rapids Community College (GRCC). The academic departments of Ferris and GRCC work together to develop articulated programs that enable the GRCC student to continue on and complete a bachelor’s degree through Ferris-Grand Rapids. Thanks to this partnership, general education classes are taken at GRCC at their tuition rate and counted towards a Ferris bachelor's degree.

In addition, Ferris and GRCC have a financial aid consortium agreement designed to allow students who plan to earn their bachelor’s degree through Ferris-Grand Rapids, to take appropriate classes through GRCC and/or Ferris and have those classes used in determining aid eligibility through Ferris.
