AHS = attempted hours (including "W" and "F" grades)
EHRS = earned hours (could include CLEP, transfer credit and "CR" courses, i.e. ENGL 074)
QHRS = quality hours (graded hours, including "F" grades)
QPTS = quality points (divide the points by the QHRS and you get the GPA)

The best way to determine how many hours are applicable to the minimum number needed
for graduation is to scroll through the academic record on the SIS system (screen 136).
In the above case, Fall semester, the student had passed a one credit ungraded course.
Courses which begin with "0" such as Engl 074 and Math 010 do NOT apply toward
graduation, but are included in earned hours because they are applicable to financial
aid and athletic eligibility requirements.
