If you need to send many emails to the same email addresses, creating a group can help. If you create a group, you can send an email to the group and it will send the email to all the members of the group. If you have any questions, call the TAC at (231) 591-4822.

To create a group in Lotus Notes:

  1. Open Lotus Notes and got to Contacts.
  2. Click on Groups.




  3. Click on New then Group.




  4. Choose a Group Name and type it into the provided field.
  5. If the people you are adding are on the Ferris Domain (in Lotus Notes) you can click on the triangle next to Members to browse for their address.




  6. If they are not, you may type in the email address.
  7. To use a group, simply type the name of the group where you would normally type in an email address.
