Network Benefits
When computers are "connected" to the University network, they can share information and resources that would otherwise not be available. By "logging-on" the network, the student can benefit in a number of ways.
A student can:
1. Print to the front desk laser printer.
2.
Securely store files on their own networked home directory (up to 10 MB total). Once a file is stored in this location, it can be accessed from any computer. You files can be accessed here . Login using your MyFSU username and password.
3.
Access resources on the Ferris Network through the World Wide Web.
4. Access Ferris's high speed internet connection.
