Will Duran assists in the maintenance, repair, and calibration of various scientific, electrical/electronic, ophthalmic, and hydraulic equipment on campus. He is responsible for servicing equipment in the Biology, Chemistry, Dental, Optometry, Pharmacy and Physics Labs. He also services computer equipment and printers. Will specializes in the repair of IBM compatible machines, but makes every effort to repair other manufacturers' equipment. He also offers tips on hardware and software repairs and provides information on common problems with brand name hardware and software.
