Located on North Campus. This is a unique hall with the Terrace and First floors housing different offices on campus including the Office of Housing and Residence Life. The second and third floors are open for student rooms for private living. Helen Ferris is coed by suite and has all private rooms (an additional $968 per semester). This hall houses freshmen through seniors.
Helen Ferris rooms are furnished with dark oak bedroom furniture and carpeting. Each room has a twin 80" bed, a desk with bookshelf and chair, wardrobe cabinet with 2 drawers, and a dresser. Vertical blinds cover the 60" x 51" window and an overhead fan. Every room has a cable TV, and ethernet connection.
