Located on North Campus. This Honors hall has four floors, is coed by suite and has all private rooms (an additional $968 per semester). As an Honors hall, Helen Ferris hall is designed to support excellence in academic achievement. Residency is by invitation only and is determined by select criteria through the Honors Program. This hall houses freshmen through seniors. It has rooms available for students with special needs.
Helen Ferris rooms are furnished with dark oak bedroom furniture and carpeting. Each room has a twin 80" bed, a desk with bookshelf and chair, wardrobe cabinet with 2 drawers, and a dresser. Vertical blinds cover the 60" x 51" window. Every room has a cable TV, and ethernet connection.
