Bond Hall is located on west campus next to the Creative Arts Center. Bond Hall has two community kitchens with pots and pans for residents to use. It also has a large computer lab in its lobby.
Bond Hall is also the only residence hall on campus that offers break housing for an additional charge. In order for students to stay in the residence hall over any break period they must complete the necessary paperwork in person with the Hall Director in advance of the break.
North Bond is coed by suite and has three floors providing exclusively single rooms for nontraditional students (20 years and older). Single rooms are an additional $968 per semester. There are rooms available to accommodate students with special needs. Each room in North Bond is carpeted with an 80" twin bed, a desk with a bookshelf and chair, a wardrobe cabinet with 2 drawers, and a dresser too. The rooms also have vertical blinds that cover the 60" x 51" window. Every room has a cable TV and Ethernet connection.
South Bond is coed by suite and has three floors. South Bond houses freshmen through seniors. South Bond is home to two unique living communities: the All-Female House and the Multinational House which are both located on the first floor. The rooms in South Bond Hall rooms are carpeted with an 80" twin bunk bed set, 2 desks each with bookshelf and chair, 2 wardrobe cabinets each with 2 drawers, and a dresser. The rooms also have vertical blinds that cover the 60" x 51" window. Every room has a cable TV and Ethernet connection. First and second floors house two persons per room and third floor offers singles or one person per room.
