Located on West Campus.
North Bond is coed by suite and has three floors providing exclusively single rooms for nontraditional students (20 years and older). Single rooms are an additional $968 per semester. There are rooms available to accommodate students with special needs.
South Bond is coed by suite and has three floors. South Bond houses freshmen through seniors.
North & South Bond Hall rooms are carpeted with a 80" twin bunk bed set, 2 desks each with bookshelf and chair, 2 wardrobe cabinets each with 2 drawers, and a dresser. North Bond has one set of furniture per room. Vertical blinds cover the 60" x 51" window. Every room has a cable TV, and ethernet connection.
