Phi Alpha Home Membership Individual Membership National Office Services

Fees:
bulletA lifetime membership fee of $20 for each individual member
bulletMembership dues are subject to change, but an increase within the next few years is not anticipated.
Chapters should make one check or money order payable to Phi Alpha & Mail to:

Colleges interested in having a Phi Alpha Honor Society at their school the following qualifications must be met:

Submit the following information to the National office

bulletA brief history of the university or college (may be copied from the school catalog)
bulletA brief history of the Social Work Programs offered at your institution (BSW and MSW)
bulletA list of proposed charter members including a minimum of five (5) students and one (1) social work faculty member
bulletA copy of the chapter's constitution and by-laws
bulletAccredited by the CSWE: Yes No
bulletCSWE candidacy status: Yes No
bulletA twenty dollar fee
