Exhibitor Invitation

We are pleased to extend an invitation to all exhibitors to exhibit at the 2008 Michigan Energy Conference hosted by Ferris State University that is being held April 11-12, 2008, at the Holiday Inn Hotel and Conference Center, Big Rapids, Michigan.

Your participation in this 'Vendor Show' will give you the opportunity to market your services and products to those in West Michigan with an interest in energy efficiency - a group of 250 or more is expected.  Many different organizations and suppliers will be exhibiting and many opportunities will exist for learning about new products and resources.  If interested, please complete the Exhibitor Sponsor Registration form and submit with your payment as soon as possible.  A confirmation will be forwarded upon receipt of your completed registration and payment.  Space is limited and participation will be based on a first-come, first-served basis. 

Exhibit registration deadline date is March 3, 2008.  Registrations received after March 3rd may not be included in the conference program listing.

Registration/Setup time for exhibitors is Thursday, April 10, from 6:00 p.m. -  9:30 p.m.  The Exhibit Hall hours will be Friday, April 11, from 7:30 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.  Tear down will be 7:30 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. on Friday, April 11.  The registration fee includes conference registration for two people, one-6 - draped table, 2 chairs, am/pm breaks, and scheduled lunch.  Required electrical and other services must be coordinated with the hotel.
