John H. Foss is the Program Coordinator in the Institute for Construction Education and Training (ICET) in the College of Engineering Technology. He began his employment at Ferris in November of 2008.

His professional experience includes land surveying, quality control, estimating and project management. He has managed both governmental agencies and private businesses in heavy construction. He was involved, since its inception, in the certification program he now coordinates. His prior experience with the ICET was as an instructor/monitor and committee member where he represented both government and industry.
