| Mr. Clark has over 22
years experience in the construction industry. He began his career in the
trades of masonry, carpentry, concrete, and steel. Mr. Clark is a
journeyman bricklayer. In total he has over 15 years of hands-on trade
experience in both commercial and residential. As a licensed general
contractor, Mr. Clark owned and operated a masonry business for more than 12
years. As a nontraditional student, Mr. Clark received a bachelor’s
degree in Construction Management from Ferris State University's Grand
Rapids program. Upon graduation, he joined a large mid-west
construction firm. He has performed as a superintendent and project
manager on several residential and small to medium commercial projects in
Michigan and several large projects in Missouri. Mr. Clark is responsible
for teaching the construction practices courses, which include wood and
steel framing, concrete, masonry and structural steel. He also teaches
courses in general plan and specification reading. He joined Ferris
State University in 2008 and is currently pursuing a Masters of Business
Administration degree. |
