     The assigning for grades to the intern will result in either a Pass or Fail situation. All course work must be completed satisfactorily - both for the training site supervisor and the intern coordinator.

The intern will be evaluated on the following:
  • Weekly reports submitted to the intern coordinator and signed by the supervisor.
  • Training site supervisor evaluations - one at three weeks, one at conclusion.
  • Evaluation of special project by training site supervisor.
  • Evaluation of special project by intern coordinator.
