Before September 30th, you must make sure your employer has submitted your evaluation form. If so, call or come in to set up a 15 min. appointment w/Mr. Pinter and bring:

Completed Level 1 Books (should have completed at least two)

Blue Internship Evaluation Form (on front counter)

Update & print your Resume

Then a grade change will be processed so that you receive credit for your internship. If you don't follow these procedures you will NOT receive credit for your internship!!!

If you are registered to play in the PAT and will be missing classes, please stop by the PGM Center to pick up your Excused Absense sheet as soon as possible to give to your professors. You are responsible for all work and assignments missed.

Spring semester PGM Scholarship applications for the Robert & Jayne Ewigleben Scholarship are available at the PGM Center and need to be submitted by 5:00 p.m. on Friday, October 17, 2008, to be considered.

Criteria:

Full-time PGM students who has completed a minimum of 3 semesters of internships.

Academically in good standing.

Letter of recommendation from all supervising professionals.

Characteristics related to being a outstanding golf professional, including teaching.

Evidence of a committment to the future of the profession.

Financial need may be a factor.
