Graduates of Ferris State's Marketing program are in great demand. Trained marketing professionals are needed in key positions in virtually every business in the U.S. and throughout the world. This demand is expected to rise throughout this decade and well into the next century.

By completing a track in retailing, you will be prepared to participate in the planning, acquisition and distribution of goods from producers to consumers. If you desire a career in your own retail business or with a department, chain or specialty store, the retailing track will be beneficial.

Salespeople are on the frontline of business activities. It is no surprise that a recent business survey found that over 90 percent of corporate chief executive officers began their careers in marketing/sales. If you are interested in this facet of marketing, the sales track will benefit you.
