Student Financial Services
Convenience Fee Information

The cost associated with processing credit cards has continued to grow each year, and the University wants to continue to offer our customers the option to pay by credit card. Unfortunately, Ferris State cannot continue to absorb these costs.

FSU has contracted with Touchnet PayPath, a third-party company, to provide credit card processing services for the consolidated student accounts. By making this change, FSU will see a cost savings of more than $500,000 per year. The University will continue to offer free payment options including online e-check payments through E-bill.

We hope this page will answer many questions you may have. Click on the questions to see the answers.
