A career in tennis means you go to work in a business that is people-centered, passion driven, and service-oriented in a sport that you love. Ferris State’s PTM program is the best way to enter the tennis industry. For PTM graduates, employment opportunities exist in traditional careers such as a Club Manager, Director of Tennis, Head Professional or Assistant Professional. The four- year program leads to a Bachelor of Science degree in Business, with a choice of a Marketing or Resort Management concentration. Our paid-internships span the country and our graduates have a 100% job placement when they finish their education

However, your degree allows you the opportunity to have a career in other tennis industry and business careers. A PTM student not only receives hands-on tennis management experience, but is exposed to some of the best practices in the business. Upon graduation students will have earned both their USPTA and PTR tennis professional certifications.

This program is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs. ACBSP is a leading specialized accreditation association for business education supporting, celebrating, and rewarding teaching excellence.
