Dai-Zhanie Plummer of the Music Industry Management (MIM) program was featured on the University website as an Outstanding Graduate of the Class of 2015 for the College of Business.     June 4th, 2015Music Industry Management student Katarina Cody recently returned from a music industry conference in Nashville, Tennessee.     February 4th, 2015Ferris State University Music Industry Management students are recognized around the country as some of the finest music business students. They are known for their professional demeanor and exceptional networking skills. On Jan. 22, 27 of those passionate Music Industry Management students traveled to sunny Anaheim, California, but instead of soaking up the sun, they spent the weekend networking with 100,000 music business professionals from around the globe at the winter NAMM show. Students had the opportunity to participate in an assortment of workshops including Generation Next. Generation Next is hosted by the College Music Society in collaboration with NAMM.     October 2nd, 2014Kevin Hatheway, a senior Music Industry Management student in the College of Business, is spending his fall semester as an intern at the popular CONAN show.   "I am currently interning at the TBS late-night show CONAN. The show films at Warner Bros Studios in Burbank, CA. Needless to say, this is a very different environment than Big Rapids.
