It takes more than just musicians to put on a concert, produce and distribute a great recording, or get that new guitar in the hands of the player. It takes many people doing the business of music, and you could be one of them! On campus, you will produce live concerts and other events throughout the year as a member of the Music Industry Management Association that functions as a student run Production Company. Students have the responsibility of booking the artists, venue, as well as promotion, hospitality, stage set-up, sponsorship, and merchandise. MIM students are further prepared to enter the field through internships that are a fundamental component of the program in places like New York, Nashville, and California.

This program is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs. ACBSP is a leading specialized accreditation association for business education supporting, celebrating, and rewarding teaching excellence.
