Professional activities and areas of interest

Professor Cook takes students to Institute of Management Accountants meetings in Grand Rapids whenever she can. Professor Cook also is the Treasurer for Big Rapids High School Band Parents Association Financial Secretary for United Church of Big Rapids. She says, "I loved working as an accountant for nearly 20 years before teaching it, which I love doing even more! Stop by and see me anytime!" She enjoys discussing all aspects of accounting with students, especially career choices. Other pastimes include gardening, boating, bowling, reading and spending time with my husband and three kids.
