Professional activities and areas of interest

Terri Lukshaitis (Accountancy ’83) has more than 30 years of relevant professional experience. She joined Ferris State University as a faculty member in Spring 2015, and primarily teaches principles of accounting courses. 

Prior to teaching, Lukshatis worked with WiseWire, a textbook publisher for Rice University, as a consultant on two accounting textbooks. Lukshaitis also prepared the payroll for Monroe County Community College and helped Ontonagon Hospital transition their finances from a nonprofit organization to a for-profit hospital. 

Professionally, Lukshatis has an ongoing interest in accounting and computers. Outside of the university, her personal interests are quilting, her children, and her grandchildren.
