Professional activities and areas of interest
Dr. Lee teaches courses in finance and his areas of research interest include several topics in corporate finance such as Initial Public Offerings (IPOs), investment banking, analyst behavior, dividend policy, mergers and acquisitions, and marketing-finance interface. He has published papers in Journal of Financial Markets, Journal of Corporate Finance, Journal of Business Finance and Accounting, European Management Journal, North American Journal of Economics and Finance, Accounting and Finance, Asia-Pacific Journal of Financial Studies, and Accounting and Finance Research. He has also served as a referee for Asia-Pacific Journal of Financial Studies, International Review of Financial Analysis, Journal of Critical Incidents, Journal of Economics and Business, Journal of Empirical Legal Studies, Quarterly Review of Economics and Finance, and Financial Review.
He is a member of FMA (Financial Management Association), EFA (Eastern Finance Association), MFA(Midwest Finance Association), SFA (Southern Finance Association), AEF (Academy of Economics and Finance), AFAANZ (Accounting & Finance Association of Australia and New Zealand), KAFA (Korean American Finance Association) and KSA (Korea Securities Association).
