Important Dates/Deadlines:

October 2	One spokesperson from each group is required to attend one of two mandatory meetings, which will be held at 11 am and 6 pm in Rankin 155. Failure to attend one of the mandatory meetings will result in the group's inability to perform in the lip sync.
October 8	Application and the $30 entry fee is required for every team and must be paid at the Rankin Information Center Desk by 5 pm. Upon payment, two receipts will be given - one is for your records and the other must be turned in to Rankin 164. In addition, entrants must supply a CD of their song and all props and turn them in to Rankin 164 by 5 pm. No Exceptions!
October 13	The day of the lip sync! Showtime is 8 pm. All participants must be at Williams Auditorium no later than 7 pm. The Homecoming Committee will randomly choose the order of the acts and the agenda will be made available upon arrival to the Auditorium.
