"How Does My Student Request an SAT Student Profile Report?

At Test Registration Time
Students registering to take the SAT may list in the score recipient box up to eight colleges/scholarship program codes (The first four are free when ordered by the test date.). Include Ferris's college code number--1222--in this list.
Additional Score Report Requests
Students who have taken the SAT and did not list Ferris as a recipient of the profile report, must initiate a score report request to SAT. To do so, contact SAT at The College Board by one of these methods:
- Mail – Send a request to College Board, SAT Program, P O Box 620, Princeton, NJ 08541-6200.
- Phone – Call 800-728-7267 (Daily 7 a.m.- midnight (Eastern/NY time) Credit card required.)
- Online - Go to www.collegeboard.com and complete request form. (Credit card required.)
