At Test Registration Time
Students registering to take the ACT may list in the score recipient box up to four colleges/institutions to receive their profile report. Include Ferris’s college code number—1994—in this list.
Additional Score Report Requests
Students who have taken the ACT and did not list Ferris as a recipient of the profile report, must initiate a score report request to ACT. To do so, contact ACT at the national office in Iowa City by one of these methods:
- Mail – Send a request to ACT, P.O. Box 168, Iowa City, IA 52240.
- Phone – Call ACT’s Records Department at 1-319-337-1313 from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m. Central time.
- On-line – Go to ACT’s Web site at www.act.org/aap/scores/index.html. Complete and submit the request form.
