Scholarship Opportunities
Students wishing to apply for this scholarship must have completed 90 credit hours toward the completion of their degree in Health Care Systems Administration, a cumulative Ferris State University grade point average of 3.0 or better, and a non–traditional student. (Members or immediate family members of Southeastern Michigan Hosp. Purch. Mgmt. may not apply.)
The award is approximately $1,000.00 and is non–renewable.

This is an outside scholarship* for residents in the mid-Michigan area (Arenac, Bay, Clare, Gladwin, Gratiot, Isabella, Midland, Montcalm, Ogemaw, Osceola, Roscommon & Saginaw County). Scholarships are given to students in health care fields on the basis of merit and established criteria as determined by an overseer committee. Applicant must already be accepted into an accredited health care career studies program pursuing undergraduate, graduate or professional schooling. Those in preliminary or preparatory programs do not qualify. Cumulative GPA must be 3.0 or higher.

This is an outside scholarship* requiring students be in the Masters in Nursing/Education track at the Graduate Level. Students must have a 3.0 Ferris State University cumulative grade point average or better, and must submit the Notification of Intent to Award Scholarship Form to the AHS Dean’s Office.
The award amount is approximately $6,000.00 and is non–renewable.

This is an outside scholarship* requiring students be in their second year of Nursing. Students must have a 3.0 Ferris State University cumulative grade point average or better, and must submit the Notification of Intent to Award Scholarship Form to the AHS Dean’s Office.

Students in the Dental Hygiene program with at least 26 completed credit hours and a minimum of a 3.0 Ferris State University grade point average are eligible to apply for this scholarship. Preference is given to full-time students from Wexford, Missaukee or Osceola counties.

This scholarship is available to Dental Hygiene students after the completion of their first year of professional sequence. Students must have a minimum of a 2.75 cumulative Ferris State University grade point average, be a member of SADHA in good standing, and demonstrate leadership participation in volunteer activities. This is an outside scholarship* opportunity requiring students be full-time junior, senior or graduate level, with a minimum of a 3.0 cumulative Ferris State University grade point average. Preference is given to black/African American, American Indian/Alaskan Native, Asian/Pacific Islander, American or Hispanic/Latino American citizens of the US.
