The Robert F. Williams Scholarship

The Robert F. Williams Scholarship is offered to black students who have earned at least sophomore status (30 semester hours) at Ferris State University. A minimum grade point average of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale, involvement in extracurricular activities and a 500-word essay on why you should receive the scholarship are also required. The scholarship was established in the memory of Robert F. Williams, a former member of the Ferris faculty who taught English and black literature and who led the Ferris State College Voices of Freedom Choir.
