Construction Administration
The Construction Administration certificate will prepare
students for positions such as crew leader or field supervisor.
It will provide the knowledge needed to successfully
complete the Level I exam, administered by the American
Institute of Constructors, to become a Certified
Professional Constructor.

HS diploma or GED
College algebra and trigonometry
Experience in general plan reading, construction
practices and computer applications or ability to
pass a proficiency exam

The Direct Marketing certificate will teach students the
concept and application of database-driven marketing
methods including the following areas:
Direct marketing as an overall business model
and as an element of integrated marketing
Direct marketing planning, merchandising,
promotion, fulfillment and customer service as
executed in a wide range of integrated media
Direct marketing creative strategy
and execution
Hands-on direct marketing techniques
Students will learn about one of the fastest growing career
fields in the nation and the world and will increase their
abilities for application in advertising agencies and companies
in the business-to-consumer and business-to-business realms.
