Construction Management –
The Ferris Construction Management program
blends technical instruction in construction and
engineering with a strong business education.
Construction-related computer software is
integrated into all areas of the curriculum. This mix
gives students the ability to manage and supervise
the entire construction process. The ACCE-
accredited Construction Management program
fills a vital need for time, cost and quality control
in construction projects through the application of
proper management tools.
Construction Management graduates can
anticipate obtaining leadership positions in general
contracting, project coordination, field supervision,
quality assurance/control, estimating, marketing,
field inspection and subcontracting.
The Ferris course rotation begins every other
fall semester of the odd years.

not have pursued my goal. Family,
happiness, exercise, health and
education are important to me.
By taking classes in the
evening, I have time
for each of these.
