Ingredients:
- 16 Graham cracker squares, finely crushed
- 1 Large pkg. Sugar-free vanilla flavored instant pudding mix
- 3 Cups 1/2% milk
- 3 Bananas, sliced
- 1 (8oz) Carton "fat free" whipped frozen topping, thawed
- 2 Cups sliced fresh strawberries
- 2 (8oz) Cans crushed pineapple, drained
- 4 oz. Flaked coconut
Instructions:
- Spread cracker crumbs evenly in a 13 X 9 inch pan.
- In medium bowl, mix pudding with milk according to directions on package (I reduced
the amount of milk to 2 ¾ cups for a firmer filling). Pour over crumbs and chill.
- Layer sliced bananas over pudding. Cover with whipped topping.
- Add layer of strawberries, then pineapple. Sprinkle with coconut. Refrigerate until
serving. Yield 9 generous servings.
