Delicious tips!
Any over ripe bananas hanging around? If so, peel, roll in a tablespoon or two of roasted sunflower seeds, wheat germ, or chopped nuts, and wrap in waxed paper or plastic wrap. Put in the freezer to freeze overnight and eat like a popsicle.
For a delicious guilt-free banana split, slice the banana and spoon 1/2 cup lowfat yogurt over the top. Add sliced strawberries, pineapple and chopped pecans.
