Member Registration Forms

  1. Please fill out form completely.
  2. Form must be filled out by coach to be valid.
  3. Information will be used for certificates, scholarships, T-shirts, and correspondence.
  4. Coaches and students must be present throughout two-day event to win.
  5. Team registration form must be turned in by January 1, 2014.
  6. Teams will receive e-mail confirmation of the receipt of these forms.

Multi-Media Requirements

Two tables, an overhead projector, an easel and a podium will be supplied in the practice and presentation rooms. Any other props or materials are the responsibility of the teams.

Also, two computers with projectors and screens will be supplied, one each in the practice and presentation rooms. Microsoft 2003 will be available on each computer.

Will you be using the Ferris computer and projection systems and PowerPoint software described above?
