CPD provides plant or office layout services for new or existing construction at any phase during the construction or remodeling of a facility including pre-architect / builder engagement. All layouts are based on flow and value add analysis of the work performed within the designated area.

• Three west Michigan manufacturing plants designed and built from joint CPD/Client plant layout based upon manufacturing synchronous flow.
• Fifteen Michigan manufacturing plant layouts and rearrangement/relocation for process synchronous flow and improvement.
