Admission to Online Programs

Ferris State currently has no restrictions on admission of residents of this state to our online programs. We look forward to having you as a Ferris Bulldog!

Complaint Process

Ferris State University makes every effort to provide high quality education in our online programs. Ferris State also has established policies and procedures to assist students in resolving concerns or issues they may encounter. Students are encouraged to pursue resolution to complaints within Ferris State University prior to escalation of the complaint to external agencies, as the university's personnel will be in the best position to remedy any concerns.
