Mickey Wittman, an inductee into the Sports Broadcasting Hall of Fame through his
work in developing the legendary Goodyear blimp’s role in live television broadcasts,
will speak at Ferris State University.
Wittman’s presentation, part of the Spring 2014 Sports Speaker Series, is scheduled for Monday, April 14 at 7 p.m. in College of Business, Room 111. This event is free and open to the public.
A member of the 2013 class of the Sports Broadcasting Hall of Fame, as a vendor, Wittman
covered the Super Bowl 24 times, the World Series 30 times and Monday Night Football
for 22 years.
