Cyclists participating in the 26th annual three-day, 300-mile Wish-A-Mile Bike Tour will be making a stop at Ferris State University.
About 900 cyclists are expected to take part in the tour to raise funds for Make-A-Wish Michigan, which grants wishes to children facing life-threatening medical conditions.
The bicyclists, who start their tour Friday in Traverse City, will arrive on campus later that day for dinner and will spend the night at the Student Recreation Center or Ewigleben Sports Complex, then head out Saturday morning. The tour ends Sunday at the Michigan International Speedway in Brooklyn.
The Student Recreation Center will close at 9 a.m. Friday for the remainder of the day.
