TAC Hours

The Technology Assistance Center (TAC) is:

Open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week**

 

Memorial Day Weekend

Friday, May 25th - close at 6pm
Monday, May 28th - open at 6pm

 

We will answer the phone, respond to emails, and answer chat anytime 24x7

**except during breaks and University holidays.

Technicians that support desktops, FerrisConnect, and classroom technologies are available M-F 7:30 am to 6:00 pm only, however, we will do our best to solve your problem any time you contact us.
