Telephone Repairs for On-Campus Students

Repairs to individual telephones are made during normal business hours (8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday-Friday). Technicians will process the repair(s) in the order the repair requests were received. We repair University-owned equipment only; we do not repair telephone sets, answering machines, modems, etc. that you did not receive from our department. You do not have to be at your residence or office when the repairs are made. Repair costs will be charged to the person(s) responsible if it is determined that damages are the result of deliberate or negligent actions.

To report a widespread phone problem affecting more that just your phone, outside of regular business hours, please call Public Safety at x5000. They will contact the appropriate technicians.
