Voice Mail Set Up Instructions for Employees

Dial the access number for CallPilot Voice Messaging: x5005

LOG IN At the prompt, enter the following:

  • “Mailbox” (Your extension number).
  • # key (stop)
  • “Password” (Your password is initially set to _1_ plus your mailbox number).
  • # key (stop)

 
CHANGE YOUR PASSWORD

  • Press 8 4
  • Enter your old password. (_1_ plus your mailbox number)
  • Press # (stop)
  • Enter your new password (at least 4 digits).
  • Press # (stop)
  • Enter your new password again.
  • Press # (stop)


RECORD YOUR PERSONAL VERIFICATION

  • Press 8 2
  • Press 9 (“There is no name for personal verification at this address.”)
  • Press 5 (Immediately say your first and last name and extension number).
  • Press # (stop)

 
RECORD YOUR GREETING

  • Press 8 2
  • Press 1 (External Greeting)
  • Press 5 (record)
  • Press # (stop)
  • Press 2 (play)

IF NEEDED:

  • Press 5 while at the beginning of the greeting to re-record your greeting.
  • Press 7 6 (delete)
