Phone Support

The Technology Assistance Center is the first point of contact for most technology related requests (*see exceptions below).  You can contact us any time we are open via the phone numbers that are listed on the side bar of this page. The 877 number is toll free.

The phone system is also used to record notices when a major system is not working. If there is an outage or disruption of service, information will be provided about the problem. During normal operations the greeting says, "Thank you for calling the Technology Assistance Center at Ferris State University." The menu that follows allows us to direct your call to the staff best trained to handle your question or resolve the problem, so please select appropriately.
