The Technology Service Portal allows you to create your own tickets, add extra notes to your ticket, and more. A fix is just a click away!

Here are The Facts:

You can:

  • Submit a ticket
  • Check the status of a ticket
  • Add comments to the ticket to give the technician more information
  • View upcoming and recent changes/maintenance to major systems
  • And more!

To access the Technology Service Portal:

  1. Login to MyFSU
  2. Click the Student tab at the top.
  3. Under Student Quick Links, click Life@FSU.
  4. Under Campus Location Quick Links, click Technology Support.

Note: The Technology Service Portal is not for emergencies or password help. You will need to call the TAC for those problems.
