How to Find Your MeetingOne 800# and Host Code

Each Adobe Connect Pro account comes with a static 800# and 6-digit host code for use if you choose to use the teleconference option with Adobe Connect. MeetingOne is our provider for these. If you have lost either your 800# or host code, here are instructions for retrieving that information.

1. Log into Ferris’ Adobe Connect Pro System at http://ferris.adobeconnect.com/

2. Click on My Profile in the upper right hand corner.

3. Then click on the My Audio Profiles link.

4. You should see MeetingOne listed as a Profile, click on the word MeetingOne.

5. Then, on the right hand side you should see your MeetingOne 800# and 6-digit Host Code.
