Have you migrated your Archives yet?
So far, about 100 people have had archive files migrated from Lotus Notes to Outlook.
If you have not had your archives migrated yet, there is still time to do so. Faculty and staff are encouraged to transfer their archives to make it easier to access them.
The basic process is:
  1. Archive file(s) are copied to a network shared drive, either by you, or, upon request, a tech will help find and copy them.
  2. Within 24 business hours, the emails in the archive file will be copied to your account in the online archive folder.
  3. You then need to look at your online archive and verify that what you expected to be migrated is there!
You can transfer your archives yourself or contact TAC at (231)591-4822 if you need help.
