IT Services Planned Maintenance, March 13 - All Network Access, MyFSU, FerrisConnect

On Thursday, March 13, 2014, the following systems will be worked on. The end times listed are estimates of when we believe service will be restored; however, it may take longer. We will have all the systems working by 6 AM. NOTE: Because of Spring Break, we are starting earlier than normal.

Starting at 9 PM and ending at about 2 AM on Friday

  • FerrisConnect

 

Starting at 10 PM and ending at about midnight

  • Network access – therefore, all systems housed on the main campus will be inaccessible.
  • Internet access may be interrupted or unavailable.
  • MyFSU

 

Reminder – Groupwise Messenger, a tool some people used for chat, has been replaced by Lync. We will be removing the Groupwise software from University computers shortly.

If you have any problems with the services in the morning, first reboot your computer and log in to the network again. If you still are having problems with a system, please contact the TAC at 231-591-4822, or toll free at 877-779-4822.
