IT Services Planned Outage: Feb 21

On Thursday, February 21, 2013, the following services will be unavailable while updates are being installed. The end times listed are estimates of when we believe services will be restored, however, it may take longer. We will have all the systems working by 6 AM on February 22, 2013.

Starting at 10 PM and ending at about 11 PM, with possible intermittent outages until 6 AM:

  • All network services on the main campus, as well as Internet access to and from the main campus

 

Starting at 10 PM and ending at about 12 midnight:

  • FerrisConnect

 

Starting at 10 PM there will be brief outages affecting:

  • Lotus Notes, including Blackberry Enterprise Services
  • Several departmental servers and services (system administrators will have let you know about this if your department is affected)

 

All systems should be working by 6:00 AM.

If you have any problems with the services in the morning, first reboot your computer and log in to the network again. If you still are having problems, please contact the TAC at 231-591-4822, or toll free at 877-779-4822.
