Each demo session block (1/2 day) will cover:

  • General overview of the product (~15 min)
    • User Mail Box Sizes
    • System Mail and/or Attachment Sizes
    • Mail Retention and Restoration
    • Client, Web, and Mobile Access types
    • Security features such as spam filters, spam reporting, and image blocking
    • Collaboration Tools
    • Other Appropriate Services

 

  • E-Mail Features Demonstration (~1/2 hr)
    • Capability to have separate address books for Faculty/Staff and Student
    • Ability to have profile information in address book entry
    • Auto reply and forwarding options
    • Ability to send system-wide messages
    • Message categorization/labeling
    • Organization features; Address books, folder creation, sorting, custom filters
    • Security features such as spam filters, spam reporting, image blocking

 

  • Calendar Features (~1/2 hr)
    • Ability to view shared calendars, designate entries as private
    • Ability to view and make room/resource reservations
    • Meeting request processing options, such as propose a new time, view availability of invitees, check calendar from meeting request, and include attachments in request
    • Automatic meeting request processing options, such as auto reply to everyone or certain people, automatically accept if available, and delegate to others

 

  • Collaboration Tools and Features(~1/2 hr)
    • Group calendars
    • Shared files, public folders
