Student Excellence Award Recipient
Ms. Nina Davis was recognized as one of 19 College of Business seniors to receive
a 2009 Student Excellence Award.
The College of Business established the award to recognize and reward
seniors who have demonstrated outstanding achievement in scholarship,
leadership and service to the College, professional organizations, and
the University as a whole. Members of the College faculty nominate
outstanding students for the award.
Ms. Davis, in addition to being described as an excellent student, was
recognized for her work ethic, experience, high standards, attention to
detail, and contributions to class discussion. Much of her active
participation in classes was based upon her experiences as
Administrative Secretary to the Dean of University College.
The Student Excellence Award was presented at a special banquet and ceremony held
at the end of the academic year.
