Automotive Engineering Technology Program

Mr. Wagner has been teaching at Ferris State University since 1973. Prior to his teaching career at FSU he worked in the automotive research and development industry. He has taught courses in Automotive Service Technology, Performance Motorsports Technology, and Automotive Engineering Technology. His area of specialty is automotive engines. He has developed four new courses for the AET program: High Performance Engines (no longer offered), Dynamometer Analysis, and Engine Air Flow Analysis. He has recently developed and is teaching a brand new course, Forced Induction, for Ferris. This class covers the fundamentals of supercharging and turbocharging in automotive engines.
