Alton "Andy" and Evelyn Brayton Memorial Scholarship Endowment

Scholarship amount varies annually
Divided equally between fall and spring semester

  • Full-time undergraduate student enrolled and graduating from the Architectural Technology program
  • Must be accepted into the Construction Management program the following fall semester at FSU
  • Minimum GPA 3.0
  • Financial need is NOT considered

American Society of Professional Estimators Chapter 70 Endowed Scholarship

Scholarship amounts vary annually
Divided equally between fall and spring semester

  • Full-time junior or senior enrolled in Construction Management
  • Minimum GPA of 2.80
  • Financial need is considered*
  • Additional Requirements: Student involvement is considered

American Subcontractors Association of Michigan Endowed Scholarship

Scholarship amounts vary annually

  • Full-time sophomore, junior or senior student
  • Must be enrolled in the Construction or HVACR programs
  • Minimum GPA2.0 or higher
  • Financial need is not considered
  • Additional Requirements: Must have demonstrated a high level of enthusiasm, leadership, volunteerism and involvement in their respective program and express a desire for a career in the subcontracting industry.
  • Preference given to students who have demonstrated involvement with the American Subcontractors Association of Michigan (via: event attendance or internships)
  • Preference given to those students who reside in the association's membership geographical area.

Builders Exchange of Grand Rapids & Western Michigan Endowed Scholarship

Scholarship amount varies annually
Divided equally between fall and spring semester

  • Full-time undergraduate majoring in Construction Technology & Management and/or
    Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning & Refrigeration.
  • GPA of 3.0 at time of application
  • Financial need is NOT considered

Construction Association of Michigan Don Purdie Memorial Annual Scholarship

One (1) $2,500 scholarship
Awarded at the spring semester

  • Full-time student
  • Minimum GPA of 3.25
  • Financial need is considered*

Construction Management Industry Endowment Scholarship

Three(3) $1,000 scholarship
Divided equally between fall and spring semester

  • Full-time junior or senior enrolled in Construction Management
  • GPA is not considered
  • Financial need is not considered
  • Additional requirements: Must have completed 24 semester credit hours at FSU and completed CONM 222

Duane E Bremer Endowed Scholarship

Divided equally between fall and spring semester

  • Full-time junior or senior
  • GPA is not considered
  • Financial need not considered
  • Additional requirements: Extracurricular activities including student involvement in community service and student organizations is considered.

Gerace Construction Endowed Scholarship

Scholarship amount varies annually
Divided equally between fall and spring semester

  • Full-time junior or senior
  • Minimum GPA of 2.0
  • Financial need may be considered*
  • Additional Requirements: Must have demonstrated hands-on work experience
    within the construction field
  • Additional requirements: Extracurricular activities including student involvement in community service and student organizations is considered.

Grand Rapids Chapter of the Construction Specifications Institute "Art Nelson Memorial" Endowed Scholarship

Scholarship amount varies annually
Divided equally between fall and spring semester

  • Full-time junior or senior majoring in Construction Management-Building or Architecture and Sustainability
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0
  • Financial need will be considered*
  • Preference given to students who reside in one of the following Michigan counties: Allegan, Barry, Benzie, Grand Traverse, Kalamazoo, Kent, Lake, Leelanau, Manistee, Mason, Mecosta, Montcalm, Muskegon, Newaygo, Oceana, Osceola, Ottawa, Van Buren, and Wexford.
  • Applicant's must submit 2 reference letters: one from a current faculty member within their respective program and one from a current member of the Grand Rapids Chapter of the Construction Specifications Institute.

David L. Hamilton Endowed Scholarship

Scholarship amount varies annually
Divided equally between fall and spring semester

  • Full-time junior or senior majoring in the Construction Management with a Building Construction concentration
  • Minimum GPA of 2.0
  • Financial need is considered*
  • Additional requirements: Preference given to students who demonstrate a desire for a career in institutional and/or commercial construction.
  • Preference given to students who reside in the State of Michigan in the following counties: Arenac, Bay, Gennesee, Huron, Lapeer, Livingston, Macomb, Midland, Monroe, Oakland, Saginaw, Sanilac, Shiawassee, St. Clair, Tuscola, Washtenaw, and Wayne.

Harry Larson Memorial Endowed Scholarship

Scholarship amount varies annually
Divided equally between fall and spring semester

  • Full-time junior or senior enrolled in the Construction Management Program
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0
  • Financial need is considered*
  • Additional requirements: Preference given to Construction Technology & Management and Facility Management students who demonstrate enthusiasm and participation in the program.

John Sebold Memorial Endowed Scholarship

Scholarship amount varies annually
Divided equally between fall and spring semester

  • Full-time freshman student enrolled in a Construction Technology & Management program
  • Minimum GPA of 2.5
  • Financial need is considered*
