All students who receive two or more grades below a C (2.0) receive a letter from the Associate Dean with a list of specific interventions, including but not limited to:

1. scheduling a meeting with the Instructor;
2. seeking tutoring; and
3. arranging visitations to the academic support center and educational career-counseling center.
