Academic Program Changes
Ferris students may elect to
change from one academic program to another. The college Dean s
Office that offers the new program determines whether or not
that student is eligible to make the change and the semester
the change goes into effect. Eligibility for admission to a new
academic program is based primarily on the following criteria:
academic credit earned; cumulative GPA; and the availability of
space (quota) in the program.
If the student meets the
requirements for acceptance into the new COEHS, a change of
academic program form will be completed and processed by the
Student Academic Affairs Office (Bishop 604). Once admitted to
the new program, the student must meet both University-wide
general education requirements, as well as all other course
requirements needed in order to graduate from the
program.
